Does one payment cover all my children?
No. You will need to pay for each child separately.
How do I create a new account?
We are glad you want to set up another child. To add an extra child to your account, you will need to create a new e-mail address and thereafter create a new account with us using that new e-mail address.
How do I pay?
We accept payment by using Paypal or debit/credit card.
What is Paypal?
Paypal is our E-commerce provider and process all of your payments.
After setting up an account with At Study Cloud, what happens next?
Once you have set up your account with At Study Cloud we will send you a confirmation email including your log in details. You will receive a username and password which you will use in the ‘sign in’ page to access the lessons and activities.
Can I cancel my access to level 4 and 5?
You may cancel your At Study Cloud access at any time but for a refund it must be done within 14 days of your initial payment.
Do you give a guarantee. How does this work?
Under the Consumer Protection (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you are entitled to a cooling off period of 14 working days. If you have changed your mind about your At Study Cloud purchase within this period, please send us email and we will give you a full refund. When requesting a refund, please be sure to include your name and date of invoice.
